Turned away bikepackers despite signage and their website claiming that they accept tenters. Provided no alternative. Avoid

I stayed here for a few weeks and loved every minute of it and is so close to everything around Vancouver with a really decent price very quiet and private lots for your RV. You will love it here.

My partner has no wifi in their area. It's nice enough but could use significant infrastructure upgrades, especially in the laundry room an dcommon facilities. Otherwise beautiful space and friendly neighbors.

Lived there for almost 2 years, during that time there was usually an ambulance once a month and emergency response by police as well, junkies regularly scoping out yards at night, lately police are patroling. Only civil communication with TRACY is when she needs help to move a trailer out for non payment. TRACY has asked many times to post a good google review of most people there, I see some residing have decided to sell their morals. Otherwise this park has fantastic potential to be classy and worthy of great memories if managed properly.
