Pretty flat like the rest of Alliston. Great for an easygoing hike. These photos are the areas around the forest.

I love it here! It's a good length trail. It's not super long but not too short, either. I bring my dog all the time and he loves it! It's not too busy during the week, that's my favorite time to go.

A hidden gem just outside of Alliston. Trails that are not too arduous for children and still great for a romp dogs. Beautiful meandering creek. We even saw a fair sized trout swimming downstream. However, watch out for the poison ivy… stay on the trail!

My dog and I come here regularly. It's only busy-ish in the Fall when everyone wants to see the leaves. Most other times, you won't see many people there. There are two entrances and parking is on the road. There are NO washrooms or garbage cans, so you have to bring your garbage out with you. The trails are really flat with almost no hills. Not good for strollers/bikes as there are several downed trees to step over. Great for dogs and kids. The trails are anywhere from 1.7-3.5km long, but are unmarked, and there is river acces on the far south side. No trail maintenance in the winter. Beware of ticks! My dog had one on her the first week of May from this location. Lots of squirrels, chipmunks, woodpeckers, a raccoon, and a bee's nest. Trilliums and Trout Lillies in the spring 💛

Great place to walk your dog. Be respectful of the other people. Some dogs shouldnt be off leash, mine included. Just cuz yours is friendly doesn't mean I want it near mine. She's still in training. This place has a steady flow and most people are respectful. It is a beautiful large space to walk your dog, or cat if that is what you do.
