The campground was nice and quiet and had nice playsets for the children (not very much open grass areas for lawn games tho). My bro and I also hiked the Blue Lakes Trail and it was a very nice trail even tho there was some trees fallen over the trail. We were there in the beginning of June which is only the beginning of the season so hopefully they clean the trails before long. There was also very nice bathrooms near the playground which was very nice. And the lake there was very beautiful!!

One of the most beautiful lakes in Manitoba! The mosquitos were crazy so be sure to bring spray, a thermacell, long sleeves, and pants. Beautiful campground!

Washrooms are just outhouses in the campgrounds. Some slightly modern washrooms around but no water for the sinks except the men's washroom. There's 1 modern washroom by blue lakes resort and playground close to the beach. Loonie&toonie showers + a gas pumping station are also available by the resort store. Lots of mosquitos, definitely bring insect repellent and whatever you have to battle them because they are relentless. Love the trees around the sites, provides lots of shade and helps when it rains. Lake is super pretty and clear just past the beach.
