You’ll always have a great camping experience at a KOA campground. It wasn’t different this time at KOA Brighton, ON. We had a fantastic weekend in a full-service site. The site is very well-groomed and levelled, and all connections (water, power, and sewer) are working perfectly. As always, the staff was amiable and helpful. The campground has plenty of activities for the kids, and the FRIDAY CHIP TRUCK is awesome for late snacks.

The location is right next to the 401, awesome location for quick access to anywhere and there is a Shell gas station and McDonald close by. The campgrounds is very spacious, on one side is the RVs and on the opposite side are for tents. There are two playgrounds with zip lines and bouncing mats. The amenities includes a pool and hot tub. There are activities for the kids and nature trails. The local animals are very friendly but still considered wild. The night sky is wild, you can see tons of stars

I recently stayed in a cabin while my friends and family stayed at trailer sites. The park is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The staff and management are top-notch, excelling in customer service and ensuring a great experience. The team respond quickly, whether in person or through their messaging service. I will definitely be returning, as I have for the past three summers. Well done!

The activities and facilities for the kids are awesome. Front desk was very friendly. Site we had had a bad slope and the grass wasn't cut. Also the picnic table was very old, dirty and not really useable. The washrooms and showers were not very clean. Even ran out of toilet paper. Still overall the kids had a blast.

We rented a cabin. It was filthy dirty. There was garbage in the garbage on our arrival. Ants in the counter and seeds in the sink. It had very clearly not been cleaned or cleaned properly. The fridge was very dirty and the shower was full of hair. One of us showered and then the hot water ran out. It was a very expensive stay for the lack of cleanliness in the cabin. The kids enjoyed the zip line and the pool. We’ve been to many KOA’s and this one just does not stand up to the quality and cleanliness that they generally provide.
