If you are heading to Vancouver with a trailer or RV , this is the best spot to be. Convenient & near restaurants. Washroom are pretty clean. They also have a decent pool and hot tub. They also have a wash bay for your campers. The only thing is that the spot are kinda tight and near the train tracks. I will still definitely come back.

Good base camp to start or finish your journey. Well equiped, clean, professional reception manager. 45 mins by expo line to Downtown. Full hook up sites, a bit small but sufficient. Surrounding noice adequate to the city position.

Stayed 3 nights the weekend of Canada Day. Sites are tight for big rigs but we have a small 16ft Trailer and had room. Place is well maintained. 2 nice big and clean bathhouses, indoor pool and jacuzzi, upstairs open air deck, nice playground area, and an RV wash. Walking distance to trails. Good restaurants in town. Good reception with AT&T. Enjoyed our stay.

very nice grounds. no propane fire pits allowed and the hot tub has no jets. odd. seems that the rules apply to some, but not others. and all the people complaining about the trains are over reacting. it's not bad.

The campground was nice, definitely compact, so if you want your own space I'd say find a more rural campground. Definitely bring noise cancelling earplugs or headphones if you're not a heavy sleeper. The trains feel like they're gonna run you over.
