Went to visit the park to see how we felt about it. The manager Darlene was attentive and very sweet. Loved that her focus wasn’t about money ! It was more about how I felt in each lot showed to me. Honestly Darlene was very much interested in helping us find a happy seasonal home. After our tour we chatted with Darlene her daughter Page and Charlie grounds keeper. All very lovely people. If we do decide to change our campground it would be a HUGE BONUS knowing that the property managers are equally as lovely as the grounds.

I’m in the process of considering moving to Caledon Resort and making it my permanent home. So far, I’ve been very happy with the folks I’ve been dealing with. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I’ve been there several times over the course of the year and always found it to be clean, quiet and well maintained. There have been improvements to the property. I think that will continue now that’s it’s no longer under Resorts HQ and as more people make it a full time residence. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

Just like to thanks to Fabio the Fabulous, Legendary Len and extraordinary Elaine for their care, support and attentive service with helping with the purchase of my new modular four season cottage. The whole staff at Caledon Hills Resort have always provided second to none customer service. I would highly recommend.

This is our 4th summer camping here and the last 2 have been a nightmare the water gets shut off no notice, the pool goes out of service...they have zero amenities here anymore foe children and families. The staff is no where to be seen in the store you have to call someone if you need anything and then they never answer the calls...The pond is so empty not a fish in site , half the bush and forest tenants were forced out for development that failed. They lost so many loyal families that were here over 30 years all for the mighty buck...Well these so called mini homes are a flop and in a park where sewage is a problem its a waste of people's hard working money. I feel foe the families that had to leave but maybe it was a blessing in disguise. Corporations are only out to take your money not to provide you a place to call summer home....I will be looking for a new park for my family and am sad to have to because this was such a beautiful place filled with great families which are mostly gone now...Enjoy Caledon Hills Resort when you go belly up.
