We are just finishing our 3rd year as seasonal campers and can’t wait for our fourth! The management (Debbie and Gerard) are always so helpful and accommodating and work relentlessly to make sure the campground and campers are taken care of. Sure there are rules but we are so greatful for that as it would be chaotic without. The staff are well trained and there are two clean heated pools and a huge bouncy pillow. Lots of things for the kids to do as well!! The campground is always cleaned and very well groomed. Don’t pass this place up!!

The owners and staff here are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. They charged my credit card multiple times throughout my stay and made snippy comments to me when I asked them about it. They also messed up my reservation, claiming that I had said different details than what I had. They only give 1 key card per site and made a huge fuss over it when I didn’t have my card one time, and it is too rundown for the price they are charging. I have been traveling canada and have stayed at dozens of campgrounds, and this was the worst experience yet. If you're going to run a business, at least learn how to be decent people first

unaccommodating management. needed coins to take a shower, i give the woman a US $5 bill and she gives me $5 Canadian coins. didn't have an explanation for why she was ripping me off on the exchange rate. we were 3 motorcycles and were told only one can be parked at the site. last time i checked 3 motorcycles take up less space than an SUV or pickup. wanted to borrow a hose for 5 minutes to hose down my bike and they refused, meanwhile there were 4 hoses hanging in the maintenance shed. also, its right behind a hotel. hardly camping, it was basically a subdivision. you definitely didn't feel like you were in the woods

1st they messed up our reservation having us arriving the day before, and would not accept that we did not book on the date they had, as we were still in Newfoundland…2nd, we think, because of this mistake, they gave us a site that was probably one no one would really want… cannot open our owning on this site…3rd, can only access WiFi from the office, the park itself does not offer WiFi….4th, the staff are pretty unfriendly… on a positive note, the sites are clean and the park is Pleasant. There is a wonderful walking path and pool area…plus it’s very handy to the highway, for a quick nights rest before resuming your travels. We will stay here again

The management are ridiculous, rude and micro managers!!! They would not allow Our two campers to face each other ( one is our daughters camper) for NO reason. We have camped everywhere and this is the ONLy place that would NOT allow this ! Completely changed our camping experience with our grandkids and the freedom they could have between trailers! Too many rules on site, worst TV experience yet! We will not be back !
