Very beautiful place if you like nature and tranquility, the vegetation is magnificent. On the other hand, the large plots of land in front of the toilet block are ordinary, there is no forest. The other small downside, if you camp for more than a week, it does not have a washer and dryer. I loved it and I will definitely go back.

We have just left the Bec-Scie campsite after a 2-night stay in a yurt. To be honest, our stay was disappointing. The value for money is non-existent. Firstly, you should indicate on the reservation that arrival at the Yurts is autonomous and send the door code by email. The last thing a camper needs when arriving at the site is the stress of reaching an employee to figure out how to get into their site. Then, you will find attached a photo of the stove that we had in our Yurt. I think it would be wise to replace it. Even if it was bad, I wouldn't cook in that. In addition to being harmful to health, this is completely unacceptable. Put WD40 on the door - it squeaks when opening/closing. With the weather constantly changing, I wonder why you don't leave the air conditioning in the Yurt. How to be comfortable if at night it's 15C and unable to turn off the air conditioning. I made a service call on Saturday August 10. I spoke with Suzanne who told me that a service call had been made, that the person was overwhelmed and that they would try to get through. In the end no one showed up. We gave up on our request. Rather than deprive your visitors of comfort, require a deposit. Since upon our arrival in the Yurt we were not very satisfied with the facilities, we went to reception to ask if it was possible to move into the trailer ready to camp. Obviously we were going to pay the excess. The employee told us that she was not available for our entire stay. We never saw a car or any movement around the trailer. Warm blankets are missing. And bedding for the small sofa bed. There were 4 of us so obviously my son was going to sleep on the small sofa bed. There was no extra bedding. The staff is not friendly - no hello. No greetings from staff encountered on site. We seem to be disturbing them. The bathrooms are terrible. The showers are dirty and the shower heads have no pressure. Difficult to find the right temperature. Either we turn off the shower or we scald ourselves. The good points: - the numerous trash/recycling and composting bins on your site. - Understanding when booking to move my reservation from Friday to Saturday given the weather. - Calm, there was almost no one there! So here are my impressions regarding my stay in your facilities. Hoping that these comments will help improve your site and welcome future visitors.

It’s a “correct” campsite, nothing more, located in a wooded area. I confirm what other visitors have mentioned. If you choose this campsite, there are three things to consider: very restricted operating hours, surrounding noises and outdated showers. It’s an autonomous arrival, that is to say we go directly to our site. Please note that you cannot receive any assistance in person or by telephone between 4 p.m. and 8 a.m. It seems early to me that I no longer have access to any customer service from 4 p.m. for arrival at accommodation. Evening telephone support would be a minimum. The online reservation platform would also benefit from offering a better description of the sites and, above all, photos. We have to book blind. If you are looking for absolute calm and a campsite in the woods, you will be disappointed. It is at the end of a residential street. The railway and the Bagotville military base/airport are also nearby. We hear the train several times a day and even at night (louder near the toilet block). Military jets pass by a few times during the day (that’s the noisiest). There is also a mountain bike trail next door and you can hear the engines. The showers... They do not offer privacy (they are not locked, only a curtain forms a screen with the shared bathroom, one room for women and one for men). They lack cleanliness, the pressure is almost zero (some barely flow) and it is difficult to adjust the temperature... The toilets seem to be cleaned every day but obviously not the showers (the black dirt is completely blocking the drain causing it to accumulate brownish water during the shower). Have your flip flops and don’t drop your soap!!! The fact remains that the campsite was uncrowded during our visit, even deserted. We enjoyed “having peace”. Maybe it's different during busy periods, especially since there is no supervision on the premises from 4 p.m.... The pitches are well set apart from those located near the toilet block which are roped and taped off . The sites with platforms 30 to 33 are also a little closer to each other.

Lots of ambient noise (planes, trains, mountain bikes), dirty and not very functional showers (insufficient flow rate for 3 of the 4 showers). Services during very limited hours. The sheets in the yurt were stained.

Beautiful, very quiet little campsite, no activity on the site itself but plenty to do nearby. Large plot and very clean
