I just want to warn Ontario campers about what happened to me. It’s a beautiful well run campground with excellent amenities, atmosphere and the staff are very friendly to francophones which is why I gave it 3 stars. My story: We spent 3 nights. Went to bed around 11pm on the Saturday night. Woke up Sunday to find my 2 yr old Santa Fe SUV was scratched (circles and tic-tac-toe signs) with a rock on all panels of the drivers side. Opposite side of where we camped. We were meeting with 3 other families who ironically enough also have Santa Fe’s but with Quebec license plates. Only mine with Ontario plates was vandalized. Think what you want but I don’t think this was a coincidence. The owner listened to my complaints, apologized but did not do anything to help. No reimbursement, not even 1 night; nor compensation for the $3500 paint job. He confirmed he has cameras in common areas like the beach, store and bathrooms but none where campers sleep, for privacy reasons. He said he thinks it was just kids and that this has never happened in 30 years they have been in business. I did not see many kids out past 11pm... The police refused to come to this « remote » area. I had to go to the local office. Nobody really cared but my insurance did. Note: I am originally from Quebec, I speak French without an accent.

Great overnight spot with hook ups, less $ (Sept) than provincial parks with no water hook up or sewer hook ups! Very quiet park!
