Nestled in a picturesque location, Camping Domaine Lemieux offers a tranquil escape. This site caters primarily to RV campers, providing a convenient spot for those passing through or looking for a longer stay by the beach, thanks to its beautiful waterfront location.
Here are some key points to consider for your stay:
- Beachfront Access: Relish in the close proximity to a wonderful beach, perfect for leisurely strolls or relaxation by the water.
- Family-Friendly Features: A children's play area is available, making it a great spot for families seeking outdoor fun.
- Challenging Logistics: Some guests have noted the narrow roads and the need for careful navigation when parking RVs, so preparedness will enhance your arrival experience.
- Community Vibes: Many visitors have highlighted the supportive nature of fellow campers. Assistance might be needed if maneuvering large vehicles, so friendly interactions can be expected, though be mindful of varied neighborly attitudes.

Overall Thoughts: Camping Domaine Lemieux is a solid choice for those seeking a beachside camping experience complemented by friendly community interactions. Leaving Rimouski around 3 p.m. It was a journey of about 7 hours to get there. The super understanding owners let us in even though it was late. Some narrow streets and the fact that we had to back the trailer more than 150 meters to get to our site, we had to disturb a few seasonal campers. Most of them were super nice and helped us by guiding us. We will not talk about those who grumble and only think about their own happiness while leaving behind those who need help. In short, there are still good people out there. THANKS. The location was worth it, on the water's edge with the beach right in front. Wow. Too bad it rained but we enjoyed this superb view.

I have never been there as a customer. I tend to frequent the place when I visit my uncle who is seasonal. The campsite is well located. The beach is beautiful and pleasant. The facilities seem adequate but dated. My experience might not be representative since the number of my visits to this place is limited but I was not marked by the warmth of the staff. I also share the experience of other users regarding the intimidating intervention of seasonal workers. I was warned in a stupid and direct way that I was driving too fast even though I was respecting the 5 km/h limit. Then we look at you crossly...I might have been unlucky
