Great association to be a part of. If you operate a campground in Ontario, you should be a part of this association. The staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to the camping industry. Once you are a member, your campground is listed on their website and their yearly guide, extra charges for more advertising are reasonable (in their camping guide or website).

Very poorly organized. They provide no information about the Private Campgrounds and Covid rules. When asked about Covid rules and information, I was told to follow the provincial orders. Ontario Parks and regional conservations have clear rules and statements on theri sites explaining and guiding their clients as to what to expect during Covid. I am truly not sure why Private Campground Association does not do the same? It would keep everyone more safe and set the expectations straight.

Went camping at Mara Provincial Park, which was a wonderful experience. Beautiful beach to swim at. They have a lovely hiking trail. Really friendly service.

Caused my wife and I to lose our lease on a campsite in Kincardine. We sent them an email asking about a new charge from our campground owner and they forwarded the email to him! This caused us to be evicted from the campsite we had for ten years! Do not trust this association!

Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. If you love nature, this is the best place. Just bring something for mosquitoes.
