Tips and Considerations:

  • Consider renting a golf cart or bringing bikes as the campground is quite large.
  • For families, weekdays might be less crowded compared to weekends, ensuring a more relaxed experience.
  • The onsite restaurant is highly recommended for its good value and delicious offerings.
  • Be prepared for a busy environment, especially during peak times like the end of August.
  • Facilities such as restrooms and showers are well-maintained, but bring quarters as showers require 25 cents per 5 minutes.
  • The beach area might need some cleaning, so keep an eye out for litter.

Huge!! Definitely recommend a golf cart rental ! Great place for the kids of all ages. We enjoyed the 4 days of our first time to this campground. Even us adults enjoyed cooling off in the splash pad!! The market and mini putt across the road through the tunnel was also fantastic. 2 beaches, 2 pools, a big indoor play structure, an arcade. I’m sure I’m forgetting other things but I would recommend a visit with your family! Possibly through the week as we found on the Friday into Saturday it hot really busy and the pools were very crowded. If you do not rent a golf cart then bring bikes as it’s a very big place.

We did not actually go camping here although we did buy a day pass for the beach. We had a extremely pleasant day. We went early right when it opened and spent a few hours. We had lots of space with a nice spot to ourselves. My son loves the little slide. Only reason for the 4 stars is that the sand was pretty dirty. For the price they charge to sit on the sand and swim, I'd expect it to be cleaned more. My son just kept bringing us the garbage. Overall though , nice place I'd recommend 😀🤟

I’ve been to this camping ground a few times this summer (my in laws have their spot their for years now) I love it! From the swimming pools, to the restaurants and all the available amenities! From bathrooms all around the grounds, showers too (25 cents per 5min) excellent pressure, hot water too) and the restaurants are pretty decent. All the children areas are pretty sweet too. I mean this place is made for families :)

Nice and friendly, pretty busy at the end of August. Our spot had two 'services', power and water, which worked fine. Power was 3 plugs, two regular and one NEMA 5-30, 120v
