4 of us stayed in eco refuge 7 and had an incredible time! It was way nicer that we ever expected. The cabins are incredibly beautiful, the grounds are wonderful, the lookout is awesome, and the hiking trail was very fun! We can’t wait to come back next year :)

Gorgeous cabins (micro cabin) with unique design, super clean and very very comfortable. Loved the hot tub, swings, and attention to detail in the cabin. Very conveniently located right next to the Mauricie National Park, where there are endless options for hiking, boating, swimming etc.

If I could give zero stars for the lack of kindness and disrespect from the owner, Joanie Forest, I would. Felt like she was at the end of her shift and wanting the rush customers. I called the day before asking if they had camping (tent) spots with vehicule accessibility. I was told I could access spot 1 with my car. Upon arrival, a lady proceeded to tell me I could NOT access the tent spot with my vehicule. Considering it was my first time, the information given is really important. After asking if they had anything accessible with a car, they proceeded to direct me to a few spots by the busy street where there is construction. That is absolutely not what I had paid for and was misinformed. The owner, Joanie proceed to try and take over the conversation with me and did a poor job of professionalism. Fake smile and cold. Proceeded to cut me off before I could finish my sentences. Said it was impossible to reimburse me as it had not been 7 days. I would like to see your documentation stating your refund policy, as not of it was mentionned over the phone or to review the website for the cancellation policy either. No information was emailed to me after my purchase concerning the cancellation policy which then her action is against the law. It is not the first time they have scammed clients. I have spoken to people who have stayed here, said it was an absolute horrible experience and they provide misleading information. DO NOT be fooled by the google reviews. This is not a lovely camping spot to get away, this is an overpriced, falsely marketed, noisy and unprofessional establishment with an unqualified owner who should not be around customers. Dishonest and greedy. I would advise Joanie, in taking a course on human interpersonnal skills. It would benefit in MANY ways. You can do better. I will be in contact -R

We arrived at this camping site at 7:30pm and everything was closed! No employee was on premises and they only have an emergency number to call posted at the door of their office along with their timing or different days. The management should also consider campers like ourselves who drove for 4 hours only to find out the whole place is closed for business until the following day. It would have been nice if you put your business hours on Google map along with your phone number and any other information.

We enjoyed our stay at Nature Nature. The view from the cabin was beautiful and the cabin was cozy with all essentials provided. One thing we missed was having a comfortable place to sit. The only seating we had were wood stools, wood benches, or the bed. The check-in process was frustrating. I received the email with check-in and check-out instructions prior to my stay, which was very helpful and straightforward. We arrived after the office was closed, so we went straight to our cabin, but the code that we were given was wrong, so we couldn't get in! I tried calling the after hours number provided multiple times and was finally able to reach someone by the 5th try, who was helpful and got us in the cabin with a different code. This code or the code we were originally provided did not work the entire stay, so we were unable to lock our cabin door whenever we left. Luckily, everything was fine when we returned, but it would have been nice to have that peace of mind while we were out for a hike.
