Welcome to Camping Pionnier

Discover the tranquil escape that awaits you at Camping Pionnier, a well-equipped campsite offering a range of facilities to enhance your camping experience. Known for its idyllic surroundings, the campsite includes clean amenities such as a swimming pool and modern camping gear.

Important Considerations

  • Shower Facilities: Be prepared for additional costs; the campsite charges a fee for shower use, with $2 covering two showers lasting four minutes each.
  • Peaceful Environment: While most areas are peaceful, there can be instances of noise from RV neighbors, particularly after 11 PM. Bringing earplugs might be a wise choice for light sleepers.
  • Rules and Regulations: The campsite is governed by a comprehensive set of rules which some patrons find restrictive. Notably, there are enforcement measures like immediate expulsion for rule violations, so familiarizing yourself with these rules on arrival is advised.
  • Pet Policy: The campsite has specific guidelines regarding pets, including restricted walking hours. If you’re traveling with a dog, it’s best to check these guidelines beforehand to ensure a smooth stay.

Overall Thoughts

While Camping Pionnier offers a serene and well-maintained environment conducive to relaxation and outdoor activities, there are significant considerations around costs and regulations to be aware of. This campsite is ideal for campers who appreciate structured environments and are ready to comply with defined rules, ensuring a communal harmony among guests.

If you're planning a visit, make sure to accurately assess the rules and possible costs ahead of time. Happy camping!

Great camping but expensive and you have to pay extra to take shower (45,99$ no service + 2$ to take 2 shower of 4min). Otherwise it’s nice camp with good equipment and clean pool. Most of the area is really peaceful but some not the people with RV doesn’t respect neighbors and listen music and talk loudly after 11:00pm. This is a family owned place that only cares about money. They are a bunch of lying two faces. They charge you for everything and have most ridiculous rules. We couldn't even walk the dog after 8pm, a other stupid rule. You haven't been warned. The lot not even clean, there was a fishing hook in the grass the neighborhood dog step on it hurt himself, we had take it out had to be gentle. Met the camping owner, because we had water issues, did even introduced himself had was very rude to us, he is a loser. Never go back there. Have a nice day campers.

If zero star was an option, but unfortunately I had to put 1 . Last time I had to go there the owners was really disrespectful and the rules are really exaggerated and in front of a lot of camping one of the owner was really bad with my parents! And this place is dirty you have to watch we’re you walk because because it could be dangerous. My dog hit his paw wile going for a walk. Watch carefully if you use their shower and toilette, put some sandals you can catch something you don’t want ! I have a lot to say but I’ll just go with that ! I don’t recommend this camping at all ! I warn you before you make a mistake!

Husband and I visited the camping site on the weekend with the intention of buying a trailer there. It’s a beautiful site, small enough to make it warm and inviting. I asked the owner for a copy of the rules on the way out and was handed a 7-page document which lists 58 rules. While some are reasonable, most are very restrictive and we, as seniors and dog parents, would feel fretful and uneasy at all times if we rented there. The words “immediate expulsion” are mentioned five times throughout the document and then rule #27 says that any person or group of person who do not respect ONE or MORE of these rules can be expelled, on the spot, without a reimbursement. The owners should appreciate that renters are their livelihood and that without them, they would have to find another way of making a living.

Worst camping experience ever. Owner is only happy to see you when you pay and ignores you when you say hello, actually turns her head away to ignore you, keeps putting more and more rules every year (now this year, no hose allowed, can't walk your dogs before 8am and after 8pm). Never anyone at the reception. Can't bring your friend's dog on your lot even if they are having dinner with you and the dog is calm... Don't even think of having your children with their dog on your lot, don't think of letting your kids use your trailer in your absence and it keeps goin... Simply ridiculous rules that you will never encounter anywhere else! PS. Don't pay cash she puts it in her pockets and does not declare it!
