We went there with our travel trailer. Yes, as some people mentioned, spaces are tight, but when you go to RV park in Vancouver, what do you expect? Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and hot tub, big bathrooms and showers. The only thing was when I got to my spot there was no picnic table. But I'm sure there was extra somewhere that I could probably get one easy enough. I didn't bother. We had a bit of emergency situation during the stay, but again, staff were amazing trying to accommodate my situation. I would definitely go back again 😊

We stayed for two nights and every aspect of our experience was excellent! Checked in after a long drive. The gate office attendant was courteous and helpful. We were able to buy ice and get into our site, then head to the pool and jacuzzi before they closed at 9pm. The pool area, lounge, bathrooms, and laundry were all clean and well kept. Our kids liked the little playground. We did laundry and the machines were new and efficient. Yes, the sites are narrow. Yes, this an urban campground. You will hear highway noise. It’s just below the Lions Gate bridge. But the access to Ambleside and West Van, stretches of pathways, public transit, the bridge and Stanley Park, and Park Royal Mall is terrific!! And at the time of our visit, we found this campground to be clean, well appointed, and well run. We’d gladly return.

Nice campground closed to the city. Nice facilities and clean washrooms. The only issue we had was with the old lady at the reception. She had a bad attitude and was nervous with the management of the check in. It was not a nice welcome… Hopefully the manager came to facilitate our entry.

Very helpful and good facilities for a 1 night stay before leaving Vancouver. Shower was hot and clean. A lot of capacity so feels a bit like you are shoehorned in beside your neighbours but not an issue for one night.

We needed a spot close to the ferry and this place popped up. It is definitely close to the ferry. Right under the lions gate bridge. Cost extra for the kids and our site barely fit the tent and the car. They had plenty of sites open and could have asked a couple questions and had us in a spot more suited for us. As it was we had to move a broken table out of our site and move the one that was usable partly into the neighbors spot to have enough room to be able to use it. For over $75/night this place is not worth it. We went for a evening walk around the area and saw several homeless and others around the area and worried we would be mugged and went back to the site. Next time we will try the Provincial Park up the road.
