We do a lot of traveling and this might be the friendliest campground we've ever been to. Owners were kind and accommodating. Seasonal campers make it feel like a welcoming community. Sweet playground and beach area are perfect for little ones. Incredible sunsets. Power was great compared to other campgrounds. The facilities have been around a long time, they aren't pretty but everything is in good repair. 10 minutes to sudbury's tourist attractions made it the perfect stop for us. We'd happily stay again and recommend to other travelers.

It is our first year with our trailer we are new campers, Carol’s has been an amazing experience. Our site is spacious enough for our large dog to roam around, the lake is a 1 minute walk away, the playground, beach toys and paddle boat rentals as well as swimming mat things keep our kiddo busy for hours. The boat launch is the perfect spot to take our dog to cool off and the seasonals and owners are so friendly and amazing. Wifi is fast and great for multiple devices throughout the week. The cameras and the entry gate are awesome and make me feel secure in letting our kiddo explore and meet new friends. The laundromat is truly a great bonus to have, full service is exceptional on the sites and it is in a perfect location being so close to the south end and all of the shopping and restaurants there. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this park.

stayed July 31 and Aug 2/24. Second year we stayed. Surprisingly, there is virtually no traffic noise. Washrooms are old but clean with 3 stalls, 2 urinals and 2 showers that all worked (men's side). 30 amp service. The site had sewer service but it was not well located for our trailer so we used the site beside us on departure. Small sandy beach that saw use by kids. Three boat docks. Clients were quiet at night. Owners are friendly and efficient. Many seasonals. Close to Sudbury for those activities like Science North and Dynamic Earth. Deducted a point because the sites have very little privacy, but that did not bother us.

Friendly host, great location, perfect for short stay, connections work well, level sites, nice beach and sunset, very clean washrooms. Noisy most of the night, loud talking after midnight, road noise, dirty area near dumpster.

The positives:The owners are friendly, and the location is good. The negatives: the park is "junky"; there are lots and lots and lots of potholes; there is a lot of traffic noise, given that the park is adjacent to the highway; there is only room for 1 RV to check in at a time, and other RVs have to block they public road by the entrance to the park; the pull-through lots for transient RVers are really, really narrow.
