I had a negative experience with the manager, who seems to have unprofessional practices. She offered the same pad to two interested parties, and when I arrived, she tried to give me a different one than promised. When I refused the change, she kept my deposit. This lack of transparency and respect was very frustrating. I would not recommend dealing with this person if you're looking for reliable service.

The manager stole my money. I paid to reserve a spot, but I decided not to rent it, and she refuses to refund me.

Wrote a review a few years ago. Place has really gone down hill, unsavory types now live here and it's sketchy to bring our kids. Old care taker is gone and that's probably why. Heck the whole house is gone, hope she's ok.

Snow removal is done by an idiot...he obviously doesn't know how to use a tilt blade and the park is seniors that shouldnt have to push compacted heavy snow out out their driveways. The owner put little to nothing into maintenance there are water leaks and electrical hazards everywhere (electrical not as bad now due to a safety report issued to the government). The new managers are doing what they can but they need to hire better people for certain jobs.

I stay here at least once a summer. The care taker Linda is always super friendly and helpful, she is almost like a grandmother to me. she even renovated the bathrooms herself not to long ago. They look way better then before. There is coin laundry on site and as well during the summer they usually have a fire pit at night. Most people who live here are very friendly. Not far from into town, great location.Overall a great place for a pit stop for a night or two
