DON'T LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE BEHIND! WHATEVER YOU BRING TO THE PARK/RIVER YOU SHOULD TAKE BACK WITH YOU. Just because there is a privilege of garbage cans there doesn't mean you can leave a whole tent/ canopy frame, tubes, boxes, clothes, bottles, garbage ect. Don't people have any common decency?? If your going to leave a mess in this beautiful park for someone else to clean up you might as well just do the rest of us a favor and stay home!!! ITS NOT YOUR DUMPING GROUND. I don't care if your tube popped or your drunk or whatever. That's your fault. Take out what you bring in. It's literally a saying as old as time!! Please clean up after yourselves!!

Small area but wonderful. Right by the river where big, big rocks pool water and make the river interesting. Wonderful new trail just finished is very welcome. No facilities, just nature at its finest.

Very cool spot to go for a dip in the river and also a starting point for tubing!

We arrived at 11am today and there were not so many cars parked yet but we saw how filthy the park was and unsafe with broken glasses in the ground. We have to pick it up and clean up for the safety of our children. The toilet was disgusting. My husband cleaned with our buckets and soap and soaker gun we have to make it useable. We like coming here for river family fun and soak in the river but sad that people aren't cleaning up and city is not checking it either. Just before the park is open to public.

Very nice. It is nessled between a road and a small river. There are a number of picnic areas very well spaced apart for privacy. There were no issues about too many people as it seems everyone else was speeding past this gem to get to Golden Ears. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, have a picnic or set up a hibachi without crowds, this might be just for you. PS. Free parking and an Outhouse if you need to go.
