This place is so amazing. The kayaking fabulous and the guide most most knowledgeable about the rich history surrounding the area! If you have not gone, be sure to have a go and take a look. Best day ever...

I camped out on this island when I was about 15 years old. My dad and his friend and his girlfriend had a zodiak and we all departed on it from some secluded part along Beach drive. It felt like I was on some Discovery Channel special on the way out there. I remember it being a really nice day to be out on the water, but it got cold since we were out so far. They were all divers so we ended up putting on wet suits and swimming along the shallow parts of the island and scooping up crab to eat in the evening, definitely not your average camping trip :)
