First time staying at Echo Valley, and we had a great time. We stayed three nights in one of the yurts, which is very worth the extra $$, particularly when you have a toddler. The yurt had nice bunk beds (others we’ve stayed in had one bed and the rest were cots). You’ll want to bring a fan or two if staying in the summer, it gets real stuffy in there. Campsite was clean and so were the bathrooms and showers, which were very close by. Visitor center was nice. Decent playgrounds. Of the two beaches, we preferred the one on Echo Lake; though it was a tad busier, the water was cleaner and the beach was smoother. Mini-golf and ice cream is a nice afternoon activity option. The hiking trails were well-maintained. Would love to return and explore more of the park.

Amazing lake, beautiful wide beach and stunning sunset! Lots of picnic spots and campsite. Nothing much to do but we had fun with the mini golf and ice cream is as good as the one in Cypress Hill. Be back soon!

We love this little park. It's close to the city and has great facilities. The kids love the beach and the lakes. If you are just looking to get outside for a while you don't have to drive 4 hours to do it. Great play grounds for the kids and the camping sites are all well maintained. We love this place for a long weekend trip.

I recently spent a couple of days camping at Echo Valley Provincial Park, and we had a great experience! One highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the park manager, who kindly offered to bring our kayak back to our campsite when she saw us carrying it back on foot. This thoughtful gesture made our trip much smoother and more enjoyable. The park itself is excellent, with stunning scenery and well-maintained facilities. Despite the mosquitoes being exceptionally vicious, we still had an amazing time exploring the area and soaking in the natural beauty. The trails, lake, and overall park experience made our camping trip truly memorable. We highly recommend Echo Valley Provincial Park to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque camping experience. We'll definitely be returning!

First with the annual pass for 30 day stay over $1000.00 Let's see driving to our site ran over some debris got a flat tire had to call a tow truck tire couldn't be repaired so another $232 plus the tow truck $134. 45 degree slope full of weeds picnic table against the fence. Barbecue full of last person there. Bathrooms are iffy there are some employees that don't clean at all! Door closers don't work the grab bars are rusting zero cell service. The Park manager wants you to call to tell her about stuff. How about she goes out and check things herself. O h tree maintenance is whenever a tree falls over blocks the road. Never mind the branches that are hanging over your site. Where the wood used to be the sign is still up? Occasionally there is an employee at the gate. 30 Amp service but the plug in above for an extension cord is not up to code and doesn't work.
