I have been coming to this beach since the mid 90's and plan to keep coming back! The swimming area is marked with buoys and usually has 2 floating platforms. The beach has sand that spans about 70 yards across the water front and is a couple meters wide. The small sand beach leads up a grassy hill that has some shade provided by a few trees. At the top of the hill is a playground and a walk up icecream shop/restaurant. The washrooms are clean. Well worth the $10 day pass if you are in the area. The beach is facing North with some exposure to the West , so if the wind is coming from the North or West you may want to check out the near by Memorial Lake Regional Park that has a beach that faces South with some Eastern exposure. At Memorial the beach and playground are bigger, but there is no icecream on the beach.

Great little regional park with plenty of amenities and easy access. Not too far from Saskatoon, so it is a fairly quick drive. Very friendly staff, there is a concession at the beach, and beautiful views too. Highly recommend checking it out!! Camping is comfortable and there are showers and bathrooms.

Beautiful campground, the beach area is great with sand at the water and a grass hill. The sites are big but sandy so kids track the sand everywhere. Some of the cleanest campground showers I've seen. Firewood is 12 dollars a bundle, more expensive then anywhere I've ever heard of. Showers are 2 dollars for 3 minutes but worth it as they are clean, with hot water and good pressure. I will come back but will bring my own firewood. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Beautiful gem of a lake! **pun intended 😋 lake was calm and great to get out on our paddle boards. Affordable Ice cream treats at the concession. Kids loved the beach, the floating docks and the playgrounds. Nice grassy area to play frisbee:) will definitely be back!

Lives up to its name--it is a little jewel in the prairies!! Beautiful clear water, great beach, and the most challenging 9 gold (sand green) course you will ever play.
