Absolutely love this place as a camp ground with my family, I come here at least 3 times every summer. There is great amenities like Beach volley ball and horseshoes, they have a beach that is decent and a pool that is open every day. The park is small but has character. Everyone I have met is super friendly.

Open space to kayak with natural backdrop close to home. This is our reminder to get out on the water for sunset. One tip, when following the shore line, keep an eye out for cormorants. We saw them drop things from the trees.

I finally explored this area today and after living in London for the past 24 years, I wish I had discovered this place earlier! I actually started coming here for events at Fanshawe Pioneer Villiage. I loved the atmosphere in the village so much that I bought the season pass and sometimes went there two or three times per month. I really loved how quiet and peaceful it was at Fanshawe Conservation Area. The staff who I seen at the gate, a few doing their rounds, and then others at the gate that they close at 4:00 p.m. were all decent and respectful. I find it interesting the photos that different people choose to take while there. They all tell a unique story!

Love this place, you can get in for free during winter, but gotta pay in the summer. The trail's awesome, but it’s a one-way loop, so once you're on it, you're in for the whole thing—plus, watch out for cyclists! There's a camping spot too, but if you want any services, make sure to book early. Overall, the place is pretty well-kept.

Probably one of the best places in the locality. It is a very large area, so better get there the earliest so that you can explore most of the place. Due to Winter, most water activities are suspended now. Summer would be the best for such entertainments. There are many trails and walkways around there. This is a very good place for biking and a refreshing walk. Most of the trails have shade from the trees and the walk between them makes it a completely different experience. Fanshawe Dam (Hydroelectric power plant) inside this area adds a the real aesthetics to this area. The view from the dam, especially on sunset is really good. Was lucky enough to experience a great view from there last day. There are so many activities going over there. Make sure to check their seasonal restrictions....
