Plenty of sites and friendly place. Been here more than a handful of times and never any issues. A bit tight with a 40ft fifth wheel but, hey - it's a 40fter. Just to give an idea of the lane space....picture at night will give you a clue if you're arriving at night. :-) Great place in the city! Clean bathrooms and decent prices.

This RV park is located in a quiet community and had bus stops close by that can take you to Victoria downtown. I really like the laundry room which serves like a little community centre. It has a little library and small pantry. I believe they are all by donation. Shower is free but they do have a relatively small hot water tank so water needs to be used consciously.

Great place to camp if you are exploring the Victoria area. We stayed there for one night, toured another part of the island, then returned for three more nights, as FCFS. Friendly and helpful staff. The washrooms/showers are a bit dated but are very clean and well maintained. The E&N Rail Trail passes right by and is a great way to explore the area on foot or by bikes We will stay here again.

Clean sites, good hookups. Facilities were older but well maintained and very clean. Laundry was coin operated, worked well. I think it was around $1.25 for a wash, $1 for 40 mins on the dryer. Some reviews mentioned noise. The highway is close by but it was never an issue. It’s on a flight path so there was some air traffic, but I didn’t find it to be a bother. Staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful rv park close to Victoria. We stayed here and had no trouble getting to Victoria via bus lines, laundry, etc. It’s also right on a great biking trail. Highly recommend if you want to explore Victoria. Note though, it has more of a residential feel than a resort feel. But it is perfect for exploring Victoria!
