About This Campsite

Gullivers Lake RV Resort & Campground

Welcome to Gullivers Lake RV Resort & Campground! This site offers a picturesque lake view, ideal for a tranquil camping experience with family and friends.

Important Considerations

  • Lake Quality: While the lake adds beauty to the campsite, some visitors have mentioned it's not ideal for swimming due to water cleanliness.
  • Restroom Facilities: The campground provides portable toilets, which have received mixed reviews regarding cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Playground for Kids: The playground area may not always be in the best condition, especially after rain, which can make it muddy and less usable for children.
  • Accessibility: For activities like diving, parking and unloading can be cumbersome due to specific parking rules and distances.

Tips for an Enjoyable Stay

  • Perhaps bring your own hygiene supplies if you plan on using the restroom facilities extensively.
  • Consider alternative activities if the lake is not suitable for swimming during your visit.
  • For families, bringing extra entertainment could be beneficial if the playground is muddy.

Overall Thoughts

It was fun to camp, but I wouldn't go swimming in the lake, that's for sure. It's a little too dirty for me.

The lake view is great, but no services provided. The toilet is portatble and not clean at all with lots of gaint spiders. Even the playground for the kids, had buddles and was muddy , as a result kids were not able to use it at all. Paying money to go there is not a good idea. When paying, it is expected to see efforts in the place. I can go to much better places for free with better washrooms and nicer playground.

We go there to dive, it’s a pain to go to unload at water access point, turn around and park on N side. Walk back and forth and repeat when done, only washroom available is a portable toilet. Paying $12 per visit per person to basically park and use the small lake which doesn’t have good visibility is on the high end and most times are harassed by trailer people on why we have to park on the road to load unload
