This KOA was great! There are more private sites here than there are in most KOA's. There are also some large pull-through ones. Pool is small, but clean and sparkling. The store is well stocked. They have a pancake house - $3 for 3 sausages or 3 pieces of bacon. $3 for 2 large pancakes. How can you go wrong? Jumping pillow and nightly movies for the kids. On the Saturday night, they had a live concert of a guitarist and a singer - it was such a great surprise! We did not use the bathrooms so cannot comment on those. Our site was large enough and private enough. Owner is always on site working on things. He isn't the friendliest, but he works hard, and the campground shows it. We read a bunch of negative reviews but after staying there, really aren't sure why they exist. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin had a musty smell but that's to be expected, it was kind of dirty, like I wiped down the surfaces myself and the wipes were black with dirt, but it's a cabin so I'm not too disappointed. However the fridge smelled like rotting meat, I couldn't use it at all. I planned on tenting and upgraded to a cabin because of the rainy weather, so I was just happy to be dry 🤷♀️ The man at the store (who I believe runs or owns the location) was absolutely amazing! He was very accommodating! Super friendly and easy to talk to, for that alone I'll be back! The pool was great, and they offer some really cool stuff for kids to do in the evenings.

Owner is fabulous, made us feel so welcome and more than helpful when we locked our keys in the car at check-in 🥴 Same sites are right on the water. Many amenities including clean restrooms, showers, laundry, store and playground.

Happy to be here! Thanks for saving the day KOA. After having a previous reservation canceled on us (at 9pm), the KOA answered the phone after hours and got us set up when we arrived. I can’t thank them enough for the extra service. Campground is well treed and looks to be well maintained. Can’t wait for pancakes in the morning!

Overall campground was ok but lots of wasps and wish there were more planned activities for the kids. The wood was overpriced and burned very fast. We rented the bikes continuously and everytime a child got off for a second staff were telling them to bring it back even though they didn’t have it for 30 mins yet, kinda pricey for 30 mins. The deluxe cabin was very nice and had everything you’d need.
