We recently stayed one night at a tent site during the week at Harmony Resort Grand Valley and had a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, with a perfect pool and a lovely riverside area. It was very quiet, making it an ideal spot for families. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-in. Thank you for that! The washrooms and showers were clean, though there is some room for improvement. We will definitely come back!

We just came back from a 2 night stay. We received a phone call letting us know that if we wanted to check in early, we could. Really appreciated that. All the staff were super friendly and easy to deal with. The sites are nice and well maintained. Sites around #30 and #32 by the grand, are a little tricky to get the trailer in. We let our neighbours cut across our sites to get their large trailers in. Might be something to have a look at. Dump station is located right next to the horse shoe pits (which is a bit weird but understandable being an older park). I did have to ask up at the front office because it was not marked on the map. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely love to come back.

We rented a tiny house on the river and it was very nice. Very quiet park. The only downside was there was no BBQ. All cooking was done in the home on a propane stove/oven without proper pans to make a steak or burgers.

Incredible stay in Harmony Resort, we enjoyed our 2 nights stay here, with awesome manager Denis 👍he was so accommodating and nice, we’ll come back soon. I recommend this amazing place. It was peaceful and nice.

Unlike some comments from Corporate claiming everyone likes a different temperature in the pool, I have spoken to over 40 residents (I am a permanent owner) and every single one says the pool is way too cold. It may be "heated", but barely. There is not a single person I have crossed paths with who believes the pool is a suitable temperature. Otherwise, the park is pretty great! Garbage gets very full by the end of the weekend, and we are waiting for the promised replacement office and renovated community centre at the park. Interesting, many sites were 11 months last year, but shortened to 8 months this year. There is significant buzz about when it will return to 11 months. Many residents live here, with 4 months away being a lot harder than 1 months, so some are on the cusp of leaving. Communication on this could be improved a lot. Laundry at the pool area seems overwhelmed or broken, creating challenges for guests. All-in-all, we like the place, but will watch for necessary upgrades. Staff are great, but can only do so much in a corporate environment. There is lots of competition in the area, so complacency will hurt the company.
