We stayed at Heidi's in August 2022 while we were visiting family in the area. I have driven by this place for years and had no idea how massive it was! We were pleasantly surprised by the size, and also the park in general. We stayed in site #204 which had ample room for our 43 ft fifth wheel. It was very nice for us to have full hook up(50 amp)a concrete patio and a picnic table. Our site was pull through which was also very convenient. There was a mix between permanent sites and travelers. The permanent sites where we were all seemed very well maintained. The area we were in was note shaded, seemed newer, but that was perfectly fine for us. There was a camp store, restrooms, small dog park and an indoor pool ( we did not use during our stay). We got good service with our Starlink during our time here. We were also very grateful they allowed us to check in an hour or so early as were getting work done on our truck while in the area. It is kind gestures like this in addition to the beautiful park that will definitely bring us back !

The campground was easy to find and check in was pretty easy. However we had to scrap the mud from the cement pad before we could park the Rv. And we have an old truck cap on the site as well full of crap. Some dogs were running off leash and visiting sites. No owners to be found. The noise was very loud from the next road over and no one seemed to care. Had to book time slots for the pool which I wasn’t keen on. Only one set of garbage dumpster at the back of the campground and no where near convenient in any way. Back in sites were hard to navigate into as well. I watched a few others with travel trailers have a hard time so it wasn’t only us. On the plus side it was nice having full hook ups !! Thanks

It would be 5 stars if the people that checked campers in at the front desk weren’t so rude. A smile, a have a great weekend, enjoy your stay, and then give the proper directions to your site isn’t too much to ask for I would think?! We stay here a couple times per year and the front desk always treats us the same way. Must be something in their coffee? lol

Driven by this park all the time on Highway 11 (can’t miss the iconic water tower) Finally decided to camp at this place for the Thanksgiving long weekend My experience was an excellent one. The site I stayed at was #75 which is a well tree area with good privacy. WiFi signal was strong during our stay, enough to stream CP24news for 30min. The office is clean, well stocked. Staffs are super friendly. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the hot tub We will definitely return next year

Campground is nice, sites are levelled and a good size. Washrooms need some TLC as they are attached to the pool area so always warm and very slippery and wet. Showers are pool type showers with a curtain that flies everywhere. So if you want to shower when you get out you are in the pathway of the pool entry and also it is extremely warm. They have something like a game room yet it was very uninviting and untidy. There is a small area to work out. The store front entry could use some TLC perhaps clean the gardens add fresh perennials. It is a gate entry to the campground.
