We spent a week at Holiday Beach while my husband worked in Sudbury. It was a beautiful campground very peaceful. It’s still under minor construction and updates are being made daily. Fishing was amazing, we took our tin boat along and were able to get out each morning and evening and never got skunked! Owners are super lovely and kind. Would gladly go back again!

Beautiful location on a cove of a large lake. This medium sized park features larger than average sites with gravel or grass pads set in widely spaced trees and 20 amp electric, water, and grey water dump. All of the other parks in the area feature only 15 amp electric service. 20 amps let us run our A/C when necessary. There is a dump station in the park and a shared cart to dump your black water if necessary. The park is very old and the new owners are working hard to improve the facilities. The kids really enjoyed the playground. Some of the bathhouse was not working so when they close in the fall they will refresh the bathhouse so for the 2025 season it will be up to their high standards.

My husband and I started at Hoilday Beach for our first stop for our month long tour across Canada. The month is over and we landed our last stop back at Hoilday Beach. We love this place. The owner is so accommodating and friendly. Hoilday Beach has a "at your cottage kind of feeling." Beautiful view of the lake and gorgeous sunset. 10/10 We will be back!!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. The spot is beautiful and the owners, Melissa and Todd, are wonderfully accommodating. Their top priority is making sure you have a great time and feel right at home, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere with friendly people all around. There’s a beautiful fishing spot and a hiking trail as well. Even without catching anything, it’s hard not to enjoy the view and calm waters. There definitely are fish to be caught though, a family I was fishing with caught quite a few smallmouth bass. Be sure to bring live bait, leeches seem to work best! The tented campsites have plenty of space with direct access to hydro and water, and the bathrooms were always kept very clean. There’s also a service called Gova Zone which will send out a cab and drive you to the nearest Gova bus stop (Naughton). This was really helpful in travelling to town during the day, and I highly recommend it if you arent driving here. Be sure to call Gova Zone at least 90 minutes early to make sure they can get you where you need to go on time. All in all I can’t recommend Holiday Beach Campground enough. Between the beautiful scenery, great fishing, well maintained utilities and lovely people, it’s a great choice all around. I’ll definitely be coming back again and can’t imagine camping elsewhere around Sudbury.
