We decided to get a 6 month site at this place. Our first initial thoughts were, this campground is beautiful and the owners seem friendly. Well that definitely changes once they rake your money. They were the most disrespectful and belittling group of people we have ever met. After our experience with management we wanted our money back and to leave. Unfortunately there is no refund. So we decided to try and make the best of the situation and just stay for the time we paid for. We'll that thought didn't last long. When you drive into the so called family friendly park, you will receive a welcome party of drunks yelling at you to slow down, while you are currently driving under the speed limit. Stay as far away as possible from this place. It is not family friendly, it is the exact opposite.

I Love Holiday Beach RV Park. From the amazing staff at the front desk to the great maintenance guys driving around, this place makes going to trailer feel very HOMEY! The atmosphere here is amazing. The park is very tranquil. I appreciate the scenery I apreciate the way it is maintained and I appreciated the way im treated. Thank you holiday beach for having me and my family in your park ! Sincerely site 303. My children lost a phone and it was returned promptly. Any issues have been addressed immediately. So far I rate this park a 10/10 Ps. Keep being awesome!

For a place with holiday beach in the title, the “beach” is incredibly disappointing as it is essentially a swamp with the appearance of a beach due to the sandy shore. Called the night before and asked about the water conditions as it was our first time coming as visitors and the person laughed and said “of course it’s swimmable”. Swimmable for dogs, maybe. Saturday at noon and NOBODY was on the beach, that’s a huge telltale sign. Just look at the photo of the water. Don’t waste your money, go to a pool or nearby conservation area instead.

We are new to Holiday Beach this year and already love it, it’s one of the most family friendly RV spots we have been to, and I love that everyone is so respectful of nighttime noise! Everyone says hello and is so nice. I feel safe to let my kid roam around. The beach and the play park are great! The staff is great and very accommodating! They go above and beyond.
