Great fathers day trip. My only complaint is I wish they sold more then just worms for bait and that they had a small snack store for the kids. Besides that the employees were all so friendly and helpful. The pontoon boat was clean and in great working order. The fish were biting and we lucked out for great weather. They also have flushing toilets and sinks near the docks for washroom breaks. We'd definitely go back.

They need to work on their snotty little attitude. The way they organize n book their boats nowadays is absolutely ridiculous. Should you have an emergency or whatever, and have to call you get so much attitude over the phone for cancelling. If you're so busy that you need to book the boats n pontoons the way that you do, why is it such an issue? I don't understand you should have no problem selling that off to somebody else for the day. Absolutely, 100 percent unprofessional and I am so thankful I have that call on recording. Probably won't be using this service again if we want to go out on pontoons or boats because I didn't like their attitude and conduct. And no I will be calling about you Melissa to the Government of Canada to the bbb.Because you've also other times we've been there.Made us buy 2 boats when I just read on your website. ....Are entire family of 3 could of went on one boat, so you've done shady things other times that we've also been there.I'm reporting this entire business. Thanks though for the tik tok content

The people that work here are rude. They are against other boats launching in this lake and act like they own the lake. The secret is, I found a ramp to launch my boat. I’ll be launching it into the lake this summer and fish right in front of their launch with my bass boat. Also I’ll be launching my boat here in September to hunt for waterfowl!!!! This is PUBLIC WATER/CROWN LAND! We must take back what is ours and not let this scummy greedy loser take what is OURS!

Great experience on the lake today. Called ahead to ask if pontoons were available and was told they were but no reservations allowed after 9am. Took our chances and plenty of pontoons left - arrived around 1pm on a Friday. Friendly and helpful staff at the counter and the dock. Lots of luck with sunfish for the kids. Nothing else was caught, but in fairness it was 32 degrees celsius, so I think the bigger sport fish were hiding in deeper water. Nice to do something different and get on the water at a reasonable price. FYI, cash or e-transfer on site - no debit/credit. We’ll be back!
