Beautiful park to take the dogs for a walk around. They recently made some changes and updated some bench spots and repaved the path in some areas which is really appreciated!

I’ve been swimming here twice. I went yesterday, and we didn’t go in the designated swimming area but off to the side. The beach is really lovely, cheap parking, and yesterday didn’t have too many people. We were looking for rocks in the water and found a lot of glass instead. i cut my knee pretty badly on a piece of glass. Please be careful if swimming in the lake (avoid touching the bottom). Also, please take your garbage with you!!!

My favorite hidden local beach. Parking is a very reasonable price, there are restrooms and a picnic area with charcoal barbeques, and there are beautiful walking and biking paths in the protected wetlands surrounding the lake.

Really great place to spend the day with family and friends. It was clean but not too much. Dirty bathrooms.
