The cabins DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! I mistakenly assumed they did because these cabins get very hot and most campgrounds that have these little cabins put a little a.c. unit in them. Unfortunately my family just spent three torturous days in one of these hot boxes. All three days were over 30 degrees Celsius and very humid. It was hotter inside the cabin than it was outside. I saw no reviews on the web that mentioned the lack of a.c. units in the cabins there, so there you go. Now there is one! It's unfortunate because we would have returned next year, because the park itself is pretty decent. Don't care to go through that again.

Transient campsites roads are way to narrow to back into without getting yelled at by the person across the road because your a foot on 'their' site from the road. So many drunks on golf carts with no concern with children walking. Splash pad not working. Mini golf not open. Pools are cold. It's good if you love loud music, drunks all about and small sites. Would not camp again. Nightly or seasonal

Did some transient camping at this resort to see if this would be a possible location to have a seasonal. Had high expectations due to the number of amenities listed and it advertising itself as a family campground. Lakes available for kayak and canoeing which was great. I really wanted to like this park. Unfortunately larger attractions such as the splash pad, mini golf and pickle ball court were not in operation over a holiday weekend in the summer was very disappointing. They did have a number of activities scheduled which was a positive. I due have a huge issue with the noise and the number of golf carts. As someone with a young family, it’s incredibly ridiculous the number of golf carts flying around this place and drivers are clearly intoxicated. Incredibly unsafe with little ones. This place is fairly quiet until the sun goes down and it turns into a drunkards paradise. Golf carts parading up and down streets playing music at high volumes, clearly intoxicated drivers. We have been to many private campgrounds for the reason we can trust some level of noise control vs a provincial park. Again, we stayed at a transient site, so quite possibly other areas of the park might be quieter. I highly doubt we will return to this campground or submit for a seasonal spot.

I spent one year as a seasonal now being kicked out for accusations because of a new manager that feels the need to try and act tough and fluff his feathers for no apparent reason just because I won't stand for his attitude and disrespect towards my family accusations that are proven false afterwards that my kids did something wrong even though they figure it out what kid actually did something constantly making threats to have me kicked out and here we are with the senior vice president and the general manager immediately taking his side with no proof whatsoever of anything no regard for what this manager did to break their own contract rules by being disrespectful rude with foul language in front of my children instead they choose to say nothing and do nothing and their only option is to kick me out because they feel we should part ways rather than trying to deal with the situation appropriately and professionally this park is nothing like it used to be back in the day all you will ever get is gawkers nitpickers and complainers constantly making your time they're miserable there are the people who have been there for 20 plus years and that are so called grandfathered in so they can break the rules and not be bothered constantly watched and harassed to the point where your time there is no longer fun but only stressful and miserable because you always have that feeling that you're being watched for every little thing that you do my kids are heartbroken that they have to leave it's a shame that this is caused by a low self-esteem pathetic commands that got the taste of power and is using it to his advantage and lazy property business owners that assume the worst and take the side of somebody they don't even know because they don't want to do the work themselves mind we will take our stuff and we will leave at this point and how we have felt for weeks now being harassed and pinpointed and accused of things we've been talking about leaving anyways not a place I want to spend over $5,000 a year to stay at yes I said that right for a normal watch $5,000 and you have to deal with rapid people that are put in charge of the park think about it why is there a new manager once a month they come and go so quickly because they do not take the time to interview or train or see if they're qualified a pathetic excuse for a family orientated Park I do not suggest wasting your money here there's many other parks I hope the best for everybody's decision you will see who's right and wrong good luck everyone

FYI Leisure lake Campground calls itself a RESORT, the reason is that they can increase their yearly rates higher than a campground or condo rates. Here is what you get: 1 Swamp lake roads when it rains 2 Pothole roads when it's dry ( been like this for years) 3 Pickleball court is NOT functional (close) 4 Loud music from people's golf carts & groups parading around the park with loud music ( they were supposed to fix those issues for years) 5 So many drunks everywhere 6 The road might NOT get the path/fix may be till 2027? 7 Who stole all the rent increase n what did they do with that money, but nothing got fixed
