The park's playground had a repaint. The colours of the playground equipment has been refreshed. Blue, red and yellow. There's a water fountain nearby. The playground also has swings for both very young children and not so young children. The park itself is inbetween 2 elementary schools (a public school on one side and a catholic school on the other). The park itself has a lot of green space. Soccer posts, a baseball court area, and a walking trail. There's a walking trail around the park. The walking trail also goes down a path and leads to the more outdoorsy trail that ends up leading into a worn down trail. There's also a small bride that goes over a very small river. There are trash and recycling bins all around the park. If you feel like the park has too many people, you could spill over to either school's playground area (the public school has a soccer field a baseball court and a pavement area, the Catholic school has a pavement area, a basketball area). The park gets busy in the spring and summer. Lots more people on the weekend and if there's good weather, the park sees and increase of people. A good park to throw up a kite and watch it go zoom. It's pretty dark at night. There are no lights in the park. It's recommended that you don't go to the park at night or stay in the park too late. It becomes a no one is around situation and it's really dark so anything goes. So, for your safety, stick to going to the park in the day time, when there's still light out. During spring and summer a group of baseball/cricket players come to the park to play their games every year. As far as I can tell it's a brown people community thing. There are groups of community run sports teams for children that tend to come to this park to play their games. On the weekends. The park also has warnings of seeing coyotes around the area. You could see some wildlife in the park (birds, rabbits, beaver, squirrels, geese).

A nice decent sized park including a baseball diamond with bleachers, soccer field, and a children's playground. Also, a walking and biking path surrounded by plenty of benches.

The playground needs a refresh, because it's really old and a lot of paint comes off, making it a bit rusty and the swings are still fun however. Overall is 2/5 for me.

Nice little park with areas to walk or jog. A little field for picnics, soccer and some family fun as well. Also there's a playground for younger kids. No washroom facilities as far as I can see.
