Wow, such a hidden gem! This was the first time trekking here for all in our party, and we all really enjoyed it. It’s a very straightforward drive from Saskatoon, just over an hour. The beach is clean and well-kept, and the swimming area is also great. Nice concession stand. Restroom with a shower. We’ll definitely visit again.

This is a very well-kept campground & golf course. It was impressive to see the beach was groomed daily & piled sand for the kids to play in (see picture). There is no cell service here. I cannot take away a star for that because it was nice to be unplugged, seeing children play & not on cell phones. It was funny watching people try to find higher ground, looking for reception as making calls was a challenge. If you're able to leave the world behind, this is the place! Bathroom/shower facilities are clean, warm & the shower has hot water. No extra cost for showers. We will go back!

cans and garbage all over the beach and water, don't ask them to clean it up they will say you were rude, nice golf course area, don't ask for you food to be made properly or they will invent a whole scenario and kick you out, bathrooms were disgusting and slimy like the manager's attitude. Lynn was a nightmare to deal with, basically her whole family is a nightmare to deal with do not go here if you have autistic and disabled children. they will 100% throw you out for being loud like it can be helped.

Every single person we ran into (staff at the golf course, the beach shack, other campers, etc) were extremely nice. This is a great area for families to come swim and enjoy the scenery - the playground in the campground also looked like a great time for the kids in the area - it looks like a lot of people get campsites close to their friends which would make for an even better experience.

Decent little place! Great beach area with slide. Children are able to go out a ways as it isn't very deep. Huge park in campground. Free showers!! Must have converter if you want power. Was not pleased with this as we were not made aware of that and we were tenting. Sites are ok. However some are pretty steep. No cell service also. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know.
