I like to put on a white leisure suit and cruise the single moms at this establishment. A good line like "Are those Hello Bello brand baby wipes? Oh this one's a keeper" are guaranteed to work. Don't use that line though. That one's mine

It's a nice little quiet park that has a playground for kids but also has tables with chessboards built in which is cool if you bring your own pieces.
