I want to say Thank you to the live band that played in this park all morning😊👍 I listened to them all morning as I cleaned our deck. We live across the street and a live band was wonderful. I was just going over to thank them personally but noticed that they were packing up. Yes it is an old park with old equipment. I have contacted our city counsellor Karen Tang about updating and fixing it up. She did get back to me saying she will look into it and never heard anything more. It is sometimes also dirty but there is no garbage barrel on the walkway for people that do pick up after their dogs to dispose of it. It has to be disposed of at the trash barrel at the play ground where most kids play. There are so many things wrong with this park besides old and broken equipment. The community has to speak up. We've been here 45 years.

I grew up across the street from this park and when I was a child it was amazing. It's gone through several transitions and it typically a very quiet park. Your typical community park. Nothing fancy.
