General Tips and Considerations

  • Not the Montreal Mount Royal: This is a different, much smaller park located in Laval. If you're looking for the expansive Mount Royal Park in Montreal, you'll need to search for the correct address.
  • Playground Area: The park features a small playground area with a module for kids, making it suitable for families with young children.
  • Limited Facilities: The park is quite small (around 30 x 30 feet) and doesn't offer much in terms of facilities or scenic views.
  • Sunset Views: Despite its small size, some visitors have noted that you can enjoy a nice sunset view at this park.

Overall Thoughts

Mount Royal Park in Laval is often mistaken for the much larger and more famous Mount Royal Park in Montreal. This park offers very limited amenities and is best suited for a short visit, especially if you have small children. If you're specifically looking for the Mount Royal experience with scenic views, hiking trails, and historical significance, you will want to visit the one in Montreal.

****Tourist be aware that this **IS NOT** the actual Mount Royal park you're supposed to visit. Search for the one in Montreal ***** the pics here are people reviewing the wrong mont Royal park. Don't know why Laval chose to name this park that's 2 feet large also mount Royal...

the pictures are pictures of Mount Royal in Montreal, a truly breathtaking place to visit... At this address is a 30 x 30 patch of sand with a kids module in Laval
