An incredible place with all the things to do with kids! The reason it's not 5 stars is because as tents campers, there's a train through every morning at 7am and another at 930am. Right behind the wall on the tent side. The washrooms were clean and the staff were top notch! We attended the Halloween event on appreciation weekend and there was SO much to do! Our kiddo had a BLAST! A few of the activities cost extra (tie-dye, gemstone and bikes) but there is a TON of free activities. There was SO much to too without the paid activities! We had a great time! We already have plans for a few more visits!

I've stayed in my pop up trailer and in a cabin when I'm feeling lazy. Cabins are cozy and clean. Staff are amazing. So attentive, polite and always on the move. They run great programs, to keep my kids occupied all weekend. I've even see them picking up after people to ensure the park aways stays so clean. Which I really appreciate. Top notch location!

Stayed Halloween weekend just past. Loved the park. Very clean bathroom and showers were great. Lots to do for all ages. Staff were very helpful and polite. We will definitely go back again. Great location if you want to go to the falls bus service right out front. Amazing Park.

Lots of dogs. Lots of kids. Not too impressed with the closeness of the campsites. Liked the sewer being on site. Quiet hours not observed by some. Very social families with kids and dogs would probably enjoy this campground more. Not suitable for a game of horseshoes. Staff is friendly. Nice amenities. Didn't use the bath house because our camper is well equipped. Trash pickup system is lacking. Should be containers available for camper convenience. All in all, it was a nice trip and we got to see the falls. I would not stay at that KOA again.

Overall, it's a nice place, but we stayed in a Deluxe cabin, and I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were not clean; there were leftover food particles from previous guests in the sink, hair on the floor, and when I wiped the counter with a tissue, it turned brown. The grill grates were a disaster; cleaning them before use took so much time, I wish I had taken a picture beforehand. I was never satisfied with the cleanliness. Aside from that, the surrounding area was beautiful. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, and my son loved the bikes. The outdoor swimming pools were very small, especially the ones for adults, which were far from sufficient. The indoor pool was nice. On Saturday, the pools were very crowded, so we couldn't enjoy them much, but on Sunday and Monday, they were empty, and we had a good time. The pool cleanliness was not perfect but not terrible either. The staff were mediocre, interacting as little as possible with forced smiles. They could have been more welcoming. Overall, I can recommend the place, excluding the cabins, but cleanliness is very important to me, so I would choose a different place next time.
