Karl with a K was awesome to deal with on the purchase of our Jayco. Justin in service goes above and beyond to rectify any service requirements. Thanks team. Would highly recommend these guys if your looking for your next RV.

We originally switched to Nickel Belt because of the reviews they had online. For the first couple years, they were actually really quite good. However, this past year they have not met the high standards that we expected. First off, when we took it in for winterizing last year, they did not winterize it properly. When confronted, they refused to take any responsibility. Second, when we asked them to change our front jack, they didn't do that job properly either. It was so loose that we had to tighten it at home and add nuts to the bolts (there were nuts there originally which were missing with the new jack). Third, when we asked them to do a roof inspection and to clean out our AC, someone broke the cap off the sewer stack. Instead of replacing it with the correct cap, they rigged something together that didn't work and we had to replace that too. Their customer service has not been a great experience and until there are some changes we will not be bringing our rig back there.

My husband and I were camping at Halfway Lake PP. When packing up our new travel trailer we discovered the 7 pin cable had been pinched. We didn’t have a right indicator or brake light. Nickel Belt Camping helped us out immediately, they fixed our problem and we are back on our travels. We didn’t buy our trailer there but they treated us like we did. Great service from the lady on the phone, the service manager and the service tech that fixed us up. Fair pricing to boot!
