Convenient location right off hwy 97 for visiting local wineries, breweries, and beaches. Has lush greenery feel due to irrigation sprinklers. Decent amount of space between sites but not too many tall bushes for privacy, just large trees. Hwy is very loud and lights from washroom houses are very bright. Not too peaceful or relaxing as a getaway to nature. Beach is rocky and has nice views of interesting small desert like mountains across the lake.

This has been our favourite camp site in BC for over 15 years. Each lot is spacious and there’s plenty of grass area dividing each lot. Clean flashing-toilets and hot showers. Good access to the lakeshore. Since the lots are located on the hill side, we recommend the lower north side lots.

July 2024: Big camp sites but all unserviced. No where to do your dishes? We didn’t have water in our RV and couldn’t fill up due to water boil notice so we couldn’t really do our dishes. We left a day early because of the heat and no A/C. Will not be returning.
