If you’re looking for seasonal, I’m sure this is a great place. If you’re looking to stay in an RV or tent trailer (as we were) then I wouldn’t recommend. They only have a few RV spots and they’re on their main road, which has a bit of traffic through the night. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t appreciate their lack of showers- the only one they have one (per washroom) and it’s meant for a quick rinse before/after their pool, not for actual showers since it’s only curtains. Also, the women’s washroom had three stalls and the lock only worked on one. And according to a seasonal resident we talked to, it had been that way for at least a week. The seasonal people seemed friendly enough. Location wise it is in a good place, close enough to Toronto for convenience but far enough away it’s not as expensive as other places. All in all we would have gone somewhere else had we known everything about it beforehand.

We traveled here to do tent camping for a long weekend. It was an okay stay but there definitely needs to be some improvements. The tent area needs more mowing done. The pond area by the tents was inaccessible, everything was so overgrown. The website indicated there was a washroom near the tent area as well as by the pool. I looked forever near the tents, couldn't find it. I asked some RV folks if they knew and they said there isn't one. Only option to use the restroom was to walk to the pool one. There are only two showers in the women's washroom and they are connected so I'm not certain how that works. On a positive note, the pool was very nice and the snack bar had really good food

Super quaint RV park beautifully kept, we are used to Provincial Park camping so lucky for us there are 6 beautiful sites beside a pond at the back of the park which gave us that secluded feel. Flawless pool, awesome temperature, lifeguards on duty. Wicked kids play equipment. Pavilion full of people having a good time. Camp shop stocked well and useful items. Firewood is good quality at the neighbors house. 10/10 will be back again!

I would not recommend this campground to anyone who wishes to enjoy their camping holiday experience. Transient grounds are a mess. There is almost nothing to do. Front desk area is a disaster. Plus side, seasonal occupants are friendly. Watch out for the boil water advisory as well. We were told it would be lifted in a day or two but speaking with the seasonal occupants, this advisory has been ongoing. Think it’s a septic issue but cannot be certain. The pond is a breeding ground for mosquitos bring repellent if you want a campfire!!! Stay away. This campground ruined our vacation. Sorry, no photos. Not worth the time or effort.

This campground is an excellent location if you are headed to the GTA. The care takers are friendly. And the campground is is nice shape, clean, mowed, etc. the pool is recently rebuilt and is very nice with lifeguards. The snack bar was very good and the staff friendly. There are several watch outs, though. 1) they have been on a long term boil water advisory. They didn’t let us know and they don’t have it on the website. It seems to be a long term issue, but it was difficult to get a straight answer. We heard that there might be a change of ownership, which could be why they aren’t addressing it in some permanent way. At the very least, they should be giving people notice when they make a reservation, before they arrive and have it on the website. 2) There is no Wi-Fi despite having it on the website. We were told it got hit by lightning and they haven’t gotten it fixed. 3) the first week we were there, the mosquitoes were so bad, we had to go full “beekeeper” to walk the dogs in the morning and evening. Not sure they can do anything to control that, but it was the worst I have ever experienced.
