Tips and Considerations
- Enjoy the family-friendly environment with paved loops for biking and a fenced dog park with provided poop bags.
- Extended pool hours and adult swim time would make the experience even more enjoyable.
- Bringing some extra soft drinks may be beneficial as the onsite cooler selections are limited.
- Be aware of the potential noise from the adjacent highway, which affects some of the trailer lots.
- The campsite offers full hookups and free WiFi, making it convenient for longer stays.
- For a quieter experience, be mindful of the site's proximity to the Lougheed highway and request sites further away if possible.

Great spot so nice and clean love it's so kid friendly and safe for them. Staff not super friendly looks like they have a lot on there mind very deep in thought but not a big negative appreciate they are keeping things running well. Could we please have more pool time ⌚ earlier open for the kids and late opening for us adults a night swim after dinner on the hot days woukd be so appreciated and maybe just a few toys for the kids small things they can through in to dive for. Would be nice to allow floaters for us adults during adult swim. I'm thinking of coming for a few days just to enjoy the pool. Maybe a few lounge chairs would be great. Few more soft drinks in cooler please like Club Soda less sugary stuff. Movie nights in the Park would be super. Hope to be there again soon.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Agassiz site in a studio cabin. Our stay was awesome. Very clean room with a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, internet, and a smart TV were great amenities. My wife and I packed a lot of kitchen stuff to bring just in case and we didn't need to use any of it! Pool was clean and great for all ages. The small capacity of the entire site meant a nice quiet stay with minimal traffic and spacious lots. Would highly recommend staying here. Only complaint is the unfortunate noise from the Lougheed highway. Our friends trailer lot was very close to the road. Which is not a big deal at all. Just a small inconvenience depending on which lot you are given/booked.

Location was the perfect proximity to all the nearby activities. Its such a family friendly atmosphere, if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from kids this place is not it. I loved seeing big groups of kids enjoying the safety and slow pace of this resort. The loop is paved which is great for bikes, a fenced dog park with provided poop bags was such a nice surprise. I loved our site along the highway fence. (Sure there’s traffic but there’s going to be anywhere you go and it’s far less loud than living in a city). And the site was perfect tall hedges and a beautiful maple tree that shaded us from the heat. Full hookup and free wifi made it so convenient as if we were living there. You could also leave all your things out in the open not having to worry about anything going missing. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is not worth your money. The staff are incredibly rude, like that lady that yells at you if you jump in a pool... Unless it's unsafe and on top of kids. Then a bunch of cowboys emerge and their mothers. The staff are no where to be found. Also rude to my disabled dad, Not to mention the septic.. They turned it into into a playground. Insanely disgusting, having kids play right on a septic/near one. The trains are incredibly loud especially at quiet time like the golf cart crazy is coming to get you.. 11pm for quiet..? I wanted a vacation not a bed time. I'm warning you now don't stay here.

Beautiful, small campground with a lot of green grass and trees. We camped comfortably in our Class A 34 ft motor home. We would definitely stay again.
