This is one of the best camping sites we have been to! The location is great. There is a lot of shade and our tenting site was on grass which is the best. We could park our car right infront of the site. 2 seperate areas for washrooms and showers. It was very quiet and peaceful, we had a site right next to the little creek. There is coin operated showers which were nice and big, also coin operated laundry, and had an area to charge phones with seating as well as an outdoor area for washing dishes.

Beautiful RV site that is centrally located to everything in the Okanagan. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'm grateful as a Tesla owner to have a RV site that allows the use of Tesla Camp mode and a TT-30 (30 amp) plug for use. Traveling with a 2 year old allowed us to set the perfect temperature for our little one without any concern of power usage. The showers and washrooms were clean enough, although a little outdated. I seen angry reviews about the cost of the showers ($1 for 2 minutes) but honestly with the amount of people, it limits their time and minimizes the hot water use. We didn't have to wait for a shower. However, we did have to wait to wash dishes. Even with those concerns, I look forward to returning another year! Overall impressed 👍 Give me a thumbs up if my review helped! Cheers 🥂

We loved it here. Beach is very close as well as any other amenities such as shopping and groceries. You can tell that the people that own this place love it here just as much. Please be respectful when visiting, making sure to pick up after yourself.

Lots of site with water and electricity, this campground is like in the middle of town but very close to this beautiful park , peach orchard beach park, with boat launch. Lots of noise from the traffic, sites are close by, hardly any privacy and other than that, I don’t mind staying here again! A little go to store by the entrance, free books to borrow, coin laundry, ice machine, flush toilets, paid hot showers-2 min for one dollar! They even rent propane fire bowls, $20 for one night. Sinks to wash dishes are scattered around, as well as at the main bathroom! Ah and no mosquitoes or bugs😄

This is a reasonably priced municipal campground (at 45.00/night for power and water hookup in July 2024) located 2 long blocks walk downhill on Peach Orchard Drive from the lakeside, then the beach area is another block's distance down Lakeshore Drive. The drawback to this is that after enjoying the hot desert sun, the water and the beach for 3 or 4 hours, you and your exhaustion must make that trek back up the hill to the campsite. It's not a huge issue, but something to consider. Most sites have power and water service or just water, but there is no sewer service at all. There are also unserviced tenting sites and a large group camping area in the back of the campground. The campground offers 2 sets of washroom facilities for campers. There is even laundry facility at additional cost. It was 5.00 to wash and 5.00 to dry your clothes when I was there in July, 2024. Overall, it is a nicely treed, warm and friendly atmosphere in the near desert conditions of the beautiful Okanogan Valley at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this place to any budget minded travellers.
