We stayed here for 2 weeks. It worked for our purpose. But, it is a mobile home and rv park, though most of the rvs are permanent. There are a few transient rv sites with full hook-ups. It has a large, clean laundry room. Best of all, it is conveniently located. A bus stop is right out front which takes you to the Skytrain which goes into the city, to the cruise wharfs and to the airport. No need to mess with parking in the metro area - a huge plus when you have a large pick-up truck used to tow your fifth wheel. We toured the area while we were here as well as left our RV for 1 week hooked up to power, while we took a 7 day cruise. We parked right in front of the office, which has a live-in manager as well as security cameras. We had no issues. People were friendly. Manager was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. Other options are a considerable distance from town. There are also ample bike trails, starting right out the driveway and close to Bear Park with more bike and walking trails, pool and other amenities.

The management at this mobile home and rv park is wonderful. They have big hearts and really care about the people who stay here. They work hard to keep the park safe and clean. The location is convenient as it’s pretty much in the centre of Surrey. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. One of Surrey’s best parks Bear Creek Park is within a short walking distance. I’ve been living here for almost two years and have had a great experience.

Great park , really safe , quiet and friendly. Really reasonable pricing and management is fantastic! Free wifi for guests , really cheap, clean, great quality, laundry room. Children and pets are both welcome. Perfect for long and short term stays, there’s even a lot if you want a space to pitch a tent if that’s how you like to do things !

In the space of two weeks, called there twice and emailed twice to make a reservation, no such luck! One time when I called the person said, “I’ll have to get her to check the email.” Nothing happened, no response on a possible reservation. I hope everyone has better luck than this writer.
