I only walked through the area and did not camp 🏕️ here. That said it looks pretty cool. The site is clean and has a beautiful location. In the middle of Tynehead Park there is lots of amazing trails and great views. I have no idea of cost or availability but this would be a great place to camp.

Great campground for Scouting groups. Clean and well maintained. Many hiking trails to use while there. Even in rain and snow everyone had a great time. You do have to book and pay to camp here. You do have to watch for people walking through past the signs saying it is a site in use.

I camped here last night and they took down my tent with my half my belongings in it while I took some things back to my car in the morning. If you camp here do not leave your stuff unattended at any point in time.
