This Park is in the city which is good as there are places you can walk. But it is also bad as the Park has ALOT of day users who ignore signs and drive through the camp area. No sewer and the one bath house as a single toilet, shower, urinal and that is for the entire Park to include day users (men’s side). With the traffic we were not comfortable leaving anything outside. Nice grass, site was gravel and somewhat level. Picnic table and fire pit that was full of trash, meaning sites are not cleaned daily and is our reason for two stars. We did enjoy the walking path so another plus. We would have given four stars had our fire pit been clean.

Beautiful park, but inept staff. We were told that our campsite was full hookup, but it was in fact a back-in with water on one side and electricity on another, with no sewer service. At one point the road was not flushed with the ground and, when driving into the site, the bottom of my hitch scraped against the pavement. The shower house was clean, though, and the grounds, again, were nice. I would recommend only if you are able to maneuver the awkwardness of the sites.

Quiet campground- up to 30amp service. Our 38’ class A fit okay-if you look for the longest sites, you might get a 45’ class a in here, but it would be a tight fit. Fifth wheels and tow trailers would have less issue- there is lots of space beside your rig for a second vehicle. I don’t think there are pull through sites here, and none were mentioned on the map.

Lovely place to stay. Handy to get to town, and all around the area. Hubby's hometown, so we drove around all over the area to see the old places, all the changes.

Great Place to stay. We called ahead. We did get the last available spot for the night. Great Lady attended to our check-in. They have tree shaded spots, easy hook-ups, clean bathrooms with showers, a common event room with coffee, Dog friendly and lots of very nice Canadians to enjoy conversations with about Canada, USA, and world events. That's where we are staying the next trip to Alaska.
