Riverside is a group site that is for 6 sleeping units. 3 double sites. Outhouse is at the top of the hill so not mobility friendly but beautiful. It is not in Errington but Nanaimo Lakes.

Not entirely sure this is the correct place as I thought it was on the other side of the bridge? Eitherway same lake and run by the same people - fantastic site arrived with a few sites available (Cash only) - clean and tidy everyone friendly - family groups mainly, kayaking and SUP'ing swimming to cool off - short distance drive on unpaved road (don't follow google it sends you on more unpaved than you need to!)

Riverside Campground is part of the Nanaimo Lakes Campgrounds, its one of 4 amazing spots. It has 3 private campsites 2 are on the river itself. I've lived on the island most of my life, finding a quiet campsite on directly on a river is next to impossible, here you don't have the tourist crowds and you don't have to 4x4 to get here! The campground is well managed, clean, has a portable outhouse and some amazing views. The perfect place to recharge, fish, kayak, canoe, hike or just soak in the sun and observe the stunning scenery.

Great place to camp. The host Colin does a great job keeping washrooms and camp ground clean as well as making sure there is not a lot of noise after hours. Great Job Colin. We will be back again.
