i love this place. the trail is beautiful and i love the upgrades that they’ve made recently. the bridge over the river, the benches and signs, and the way they’ve cleaned up the paths are all so much better! great place to walk a dog, or a friend LOL. the river is pretty and decently warm in the summer.

This is highly recommended place for hiking and trails, it's well maintained and it has good direction boards , there are 3 to 4 trails , don't miss to find turtles .

Multiple trails to walk in this park. We were originally going to walk the Mast Trail, but we ended up walking to wherever we wanted to go. Surprised that there were a lot of people walking at the time that we went. We hiked up a big, steep hill and followed a trail while looking at Google Maps. We ended up just making a loop instead of following a set trail. Would come back here to walk/hike around some more. Fresh air, good exercise... A forest trail inside a city. Makes you feel like you're not in the city anymore.

One of my favourite hiking area in Pickering area, Recently updated some new bridges, washroom, walk path, clear trails ,resting seats sign boards make this park more beautiful. Park open at 7am to 9pm.
