My husband and I took our grandson here for the first time on Aug 31 for 2 nights. The pools were great and clean. The girl running the bumper boats and train on both days was great. She was very friendly and fun. They advertise a pitch and putt but it looks like they stopped maintaining it about 5 years ago. The miniature golf is also a waste of time.

We are second and last time returners. Their entire facility is disgusting. The common room had clumps of hair, extremely dusty and dirty selection of toys. All the tables were full of dust and dirt. The floors were horrendous. They have a bunch of staff in the kitchen giggling all day long, why not put them to work and sweep/mop the floors?! Take some pride in your building. None of the coin machines are in working order and there is no sign stating otherwise, so they are making money every time you put cash into their machines and it doesn’t provide a service. I guess they must enjoy watching disappointed children. The pool area is really rundown. The animals in the petting zoo are sad to see. The animals tell a sad story. It's not an inviting area to say the least. The playground located at the back of the park is also a death trap. I watched a child (not my own) climb to the roof and started jumping on it and saying “how many jumps until it breaks” Children are using it for destruction rather than playing on it because it’s a very old and falling apart wooden play structure. It is extremely dangerous. Another example of dangerousness located here is the uneven pool ground where water will fill up by the children’s slide. Kids are coming in and out of the pool soaking up that little uneven bump on the ground and running past it and falling on the concrete every time. It was hard to watch. To add on, the staff here are very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. The food however, very tasty for a mediocre canteen. We won’t be returning but I hope they take the feedback from their reviews and make some serious changes.

My husband took our 5 year old camping at rubber ducky for two nights she had a great time. She loved the heated pools and splash park. She made lots of friends. Bumper boats were fun. Staff were all great. Lots of activities and things for kids to do. Overall a great experience and good value for the money. Will definitely be back next year. Would definitely recommend this place to bring kids. Nothing negative about our experience.

This was the second time we went there. First time was back in 2023 and it was great. But this time was different. Resort is packed and on Sat (7/20/24) I was going to use their showers with my 3yr old son and there was NO hot water at all. So I asked them about this and they said they did not know how to resolve this and they had no idea when hot water would be running again. Also their manager didn't show any interest in solving this. They should have put a sign saying there is no hot water, but no they didn't do anything and left us there. We were extremely disappointed. Also the toilets in the ladies washroom were disgusting by Sat evening. On Sunday I was expecting the washroom to be cleaned but no, we left the resort around 1pm and the ladies toilets were even worse.

It was as good as last year's experience, their concession food was delicious and their employees were friendly. The hot tubs were nice and warm and same with the pool, along with the adorable ducks that everyone enjoyed. Definitely worth the visit.
