Oh my goodness, we loved this RV Resort. We watched an amazing amount of wildlife (from eagles, geese, seagulls, a blue Herron, seals, otters, deer, etc) and kayakers, dragon boaters, Ferries, cruise ships, water Taxis, seaplanes, etc. The water taxi leaves from the property next door and takes you into the Harbour in front of the Empress. It was really fun. We typically like camping in the trees but we LOVED camping here. I promise you will not be sorry if you book a stay here.

Charming spot, but watch where you step. There are dozens of geese who mess up the whole place. Suggest they adopt a border collie clear the area. Seriously, that works. Other than the pooping geese, it's a delightful place, close to town-- A short bike ride or a long hike, or take the cute little water taxi for 15 bucks. Excellent hot showers, clean washrooms and friendly help. No ice for sale on premises.

Amazing RV campground. We stayed 2 nights in a Thunderbird spot. Definitely worth it to book one if available. The view is incredible. The clubhouse is very nice, the toilets and showers are super modern and big. That was one of the best RV spot we ever booked. Thanks again!

The campground situated beside the marina with a beautiful view. Kind personel with lots of advices. Water taxi stop nearby. The only negative was an unwanted visit of drunk persos at night. I'd recommend building a gate to the campsite.

Great views of Victoria! It’s very clean and beautifully maintained. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s noisy in the morning with planes taking off.
